Programme 2 hrs 30 min: guided tour of the city of Brest and its naval base*

The city centre, particularly the well-known Rue de Siam and Recouvrance bridge (2nd highest lifting bridge in Europe).

Exploring the naval base, 2nd military port of France, evoking recollections of the French Royal Navy. Pass in front of the Tanguy tower, (museum telling the history of Brest from the end of the 15th century to 1939), and the Gallo-Roman foundation castle, fortified by Vauban in the 17th century.

* Proof of French identity (current identity card or passport) necessary for every adult participant.
