Passerelle Centre d'art contemporain

Why take advantage?
Passerelle Centre d'art contemporain is an exhibition, production, distribution and mediation facility set up in 1988 on an exceptional 4,000 m2 industrial site in the heart of Brest.
With around ten exhibitions a year spread over three seasons, French and international artists are invited to produce original works for monographic exhibitions or for the major collective exhibition, whose theme federates territories on all scales, from local to international.
Embodying collaboration and originality, the art center's central patio becomes an experimental space for diverse forms of contemporary creation, sometimes on the bangs, from graphic design to dance or music to design. Exhibitions, performances, workshops, concerts, signings, etc., offered in collaboration with partners, punctuate the programming throughout the year.
Passerelle Centre d'art contemporain's Atelier des publics develops an introductory program to contemporary art in conjunction with current exhibitions and specific off-site projects, offering a variety of mediation activities for all audiences.
Passerelle has been awarded the "Centre d'art contemporain d'intérêt national" label by the French Ministry of Culture.
