It's the story of a crew moored in Brest for 25 years.
Captain Jean Yves KERMAREC is passionate about the Iroise Sea and the history of Brest, a land of sailors. An explorer of flavors, he draws his inspiration from the exceptional products of Brittany, such as the fabulous honey from the island of Ushant, and combines these Breton treasures with the finest chocolate and spices from the other side of the world. In this way, Jean Yves KERMAREC tells us about the land and the sea through his original recipes.

When the artisan creators let their artistic souls speak in shaping these new creations, the ambassadors tell us the story of chocolate and take us on the most gourmet of journeys.
