Welcome to this neo-Breton house for a pleasant stay, just outside the city of Brest!
Whether you're one, two or three people, you'll find all the comfort you need for your stay:
- 1 or 2 bedrooms, the first with 1 bed 140 and the second with 1 bed 120. Private bathroom and WC. All on the 1st floor.
- The house is located in a quiet area, in the middle of a large garden planted with trees and flowers. In fine weather, you can enjoy your breakfast or relax on the terrace.
- For your car, easy, free parking is available opposite the house.

The house is ideally located in the heart of the small village of Gouesnou:
- 300 m from shops, restaurants and a bus stop for Brest.
- 100 m from the "véloroute des Abers", a beautiful itinerary for cycling to Aber-Wrac'h (bike storage available).
- 20 km from the beautiful beaches of the Pays des Abers.
- 7 km from Brest city center.
- 5/10 min by car from the "La Récré des 3 Curés" leisure park.
