The ground-floor guest room opens onto the terrace and garden through a French window. It comprises a sleeping area with 1 double bed (140cm), a dressing area, a shower room (equipped with 1 walk-in shower and 2 basins) and separate WC.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Breakfast is included in the room rate. It is served in the dining room.

The house is within easy reach of the region's tourist attractions. Océanopolis, the Moulin Blanc harbor and the Conservatoire Botanique National are just 10 km away. Downtown Brest, with the Musée de la Marine, the Musée des Beaux-Arts, the Ateliers des Capucins, the commercial port and its many restaurants, is 14 km away. And Landerneau, with its inhabited bridge and the Fond Hélène et Edouard Leclerc, is 9 km away.
