For business, tourism or any other type of stay, you'll benefit from accommodation ideally located in the heart of the city, close to stores, restaurants and services, with easy access by train (SNCF station 15 minutes away on foot), by plane (airport shuttle to the "Porte de Gouesnou" streetcar station and "Liberté" streetcar stop at the bottom of the building) or by car (paid parking in the city center).

Opposite the apartment, take the cable car directly to the Ateliers des Capucins. Rehabilitated as a cultural and leisure center, these workshops have become a favorite spot for Brest residents. Here you'll find a media library, a cinema, the 70.8 Oceans gallery, climbing walls, exhibitions and the unique Canot de l'Empereur.
Not far from the apartment, don't miss the Château de Brest and its Musée National de la Marine.
A 10-minute walk will take you down to the commercial port and the Marina du Château for a gourmet break in one of the many restaurants, or for an invigorating stroll along the quays and the Lapérouse dike. The commercial port is also where the boat leaves for the islands of Molène and Ouessant.
On Sunday mornings, at the top of the rue de Siam, the Saint-Louis market is very lively.
A 10-minute drive away, the Moulin Blanc marina is home to the "Océanopolis" ocean discovery park and the "Le tour du Monde" restaurant, created by Olivier de kersauson and his crew, where you can enjoy fried mussels or fish and chips.
A 15/20 minute drive will take you to the sandy beaches and lighthouses of "Le petit Minou" and "Saint- Matthieu" for breathtaking panoramic views.
Finally, a special recommendation for the sublime Crozon peninsula. In summer, it's accessible by boat (30-minute crossing) or by car (50-minute drive). Magnificent beaches, typical little ports (Camaret, Le Fret) and breathtaking views (Pointe de Pen Hir, Pointe des Espagnols, Morgat and l'île Vierge, Cap de la Chèvre, etc.).
