The house next door is occupied by the owner's mother. A very pleasant, caring and sociable person.

Renovated in 2023, the rental comprises:
- Ground floor: pleasant living room/kitchen and separate WC.
- First floor: 2 small bedrooms (one with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, the other with 1 x 140cm bed) and shower room.
- Outside, adjoining the house, laundry room with washing machine and tancarville. Possibility of storing bicycles or windsurfing boards.

Private garden area with unobstructed views of the countryside and sea.
