La Carène

Located in Brest's Port de Commerce since 2007, La Carène is the Brest urban community's live music venue.
Its two concert halls (the 350-seat Club and the 1,300-seat Grande Salle), 6 rehearsal studios and resource center make it a unique facility in Brittany.

A veritable complex dedicated to contemporary music, La Carène programs between 70 and 90 concerts a year, from local acts to major national and international tours, in all styles of contemporary music. From up-and-coming groups to established talents, more and more artists are making the detour to the tip of Brittany, attracted by the reputation of the Brest audience and the quality of the venue's welcome and optimal conditions.
