The estate offers 3 gîtes, 2 studios and 2 chambres d'hôtes (studios and chambres d'hôtes can be twinned) for a total capacity of 24 people. Whether you're an individual, a family or a group of families or friends, on vacation or on business, the Relais de Roscarven welcomes you in an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2009.

This beautiful space, comprising a longère and houses around a central courtyard, is set in a 2.63-hectare estate. All accommodation is equipped with an internet connection.

First gîte, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8): 90 m2, adjoining a second gîte. The ground floor comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, 1 x 160cm bed, a shower room and WC. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with 1 x 180cm bed (separable into 2 x 90cm beds), 1 bathroom with WC. A private terrace with garden furniture lets you enjoy the outdoors. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.

Second 2-bedroom gîte (sleeps 4): 43 m2, adjoining the first gîte. The ground floor comprises a living room with kitchenette, shower room and WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with 1 x 180cm bed (separable into 2 x 90cm beds) and the other with 2 x 90cm beds. Washing machine and microwave.

Third 1-bedroom gîte (sleeps 2): 47 m2, single-storey and APF-approved, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is located at the far end of the farmhouse, 8 meters from the disabled parking space. It comprises a spacious living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with 1 x 180cm bed (separable into 2 x 90cm beds) and a bathroom with toilet. Dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Ideally located, in a quiet, natural setting, yet close to all amenities. Just a 10-minute drive from downtown Brest, the airport, Océanopolis, the beach and Brest's marinas. You'll enjoy all the advantages of the "Cité du Ponant" without the disadvantages. The dream beaches of Abers and Côte des Légendes are just 30 minutes away by car.
