Easy access to Brest and the Breton coast (St Mathieu, Le Conquet and the islands of Ouessant and Molène). The seaside is just around the corner, 6 km from the Pointe du Petit Minou with its beach, surfers and charming lighthouse.

This detached house benefits from a verdant setting with its 400 m2 garden and a footpath running alongside the property. A double wooden terrace, complete with garden table, parasol and 4 deckchairs, lets you make the most of the sunshine and outdoor space.

On the first floor, the large living area benefits from plenty of light thanks to large windows overlooking the garden. It comprises several areas: a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, etc.) opening onto the dining area, and a sitting area (TV connected to fiber optics) arranged around a wood-burning stove. A storeroom with washing machine.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed. A mezzanine reading/recreation area. A large bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and WC. Very high-speed fiber connection.

For one-week rentals, sheets and beds are made up on arrival. Towels available on request, at extra cost. Additional folding bed available on request, at extra cost. Bed linen provided.
