Comfortable 30m2 studio for 2 people on the 1st floor of a small building facing the sea.

Accommodation includes :

A fully-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and coffee machine...). Adjoining the kitchen is an alcove with a washing machine/dryer.
A separate bedroom featuring a sleeping area with top-of-the-range TEMPUR bedding (2 single beds convertible into 1 double bed 180) and a lounge area with a connected TV, 2 armchairs and a small coffee table.
Internet access, connected TV (2 sets, in the lounge area and in the kitchen).
A bicycle or windsurf room available on request.

The Conservatoire Botanique National, located in the heart of the Stang Alar valley (approx. 1 km from the apartment), offers beautiful walks in an exceptional plant setting, and invites you to discover its greenhouses where extremely rare plants, threatened with extinction throughout the world, are preserved.
A bus stop at the foot of the apartment provides quick access to Brest city center and all the city's practical and leisure facilities (airport shuttle, SNCF train station, Musée National de la Marine, Musée des Beaux-arts, Ateliers des Capucins, etc.).
Free parking in front of the building.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets in the apartment.
