Given our geographical location, the restaurant offers a Breton cuisine revisited with lots of seafood. Nolwenn is passionate about fish. Explains her father. It's simple, locavore and generous," continues Nolwenn Corre. The vegetables come from a farmer 1 km away, and the fish from the Le Conquet fish market, 4 km away. Her star dish? "Langoustine with artichokes. It's a combination of two of my favorite products.
