SNCF train station and bus station within 12 minutes' walk, SIAM tramway station 200 m away, cable car 350 m away, pier for Molène and Ouessant islands 1.2 km away...). Airport: easy access by streetcar and shuttle.

Parking available on the street or in the Marc SANGNIER parking lot a few metres away (chargeable from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. except Sundays: €1.70 for 1 hour and €8.10 for 8 hours).

The apartment consists of :

A double living room including a sitting area (TV, 2-seater convertible sofa), a dining area (table for 4) and a fully-equipped workspace (large desk, broadband Internet, fiber and WIFI).
A bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), good bedding, bed made up on arrival.
A small fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator). Coffee and tea available.
Shower room with washing machine and dryer. Linen and toiletries available.
Separate toilet.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and, like most post-war buildings in downtown Brest, has no elevator.

Baby equipment: high chair, cot with mattress, bathtub, changing mat, stroller on request.
Linen provided (sheets, comforter covers and towels). A supplement of €10 per stay is charged for the use of two separate beds.
