The meeting of our chef FABIAN and our second-in-command KEVIN, of our whole "army" of young future talents, thanks to all these passionate people who put coal in our beautiful ship.
The menu is renewed every 3 weeks. The cuisine is traditional yet innovative.
The setting is reminiscent of the naval industry, with our famous tugboat "L'abeille Bourbon" as a backdrop.
We offer a wide choice of wines, with a cellar of over 300 references, where you can also dine and buy wine.
In fine weather, we offer a terrace facing the basin. The establishment also welcomes people with reduced mobility.
